They said the same thing about Herm Edwards. It wasn't true then and it isn't true now. But it did result in Edwards sticking around two years past everyone with a pulse knowing he wasn't a good NFL head coach.
What a difference 6 days makes. September 10 after the game, I felt awesome. September 16 after a home loss to the Dolphins, who are tanking by the way, I feel completely bamboozled.
I dont mind the no playoff mandate, but you got to improve both on the field and record-wise. I dont care if they win 1 more game than last season, but just improve please. Why keep someone that cant do better than 5-11 in 3 seasons?
Speaking of which, I wonder where that old Codger is today. Usually after bad losses, him and others show up to remind us just how lousy the team really is.
Maybe he thinks you are doing a good enough job and that he does not feel the need to post at this time ?
Wrong I hate gruden and think the games passed him by but at least he has passion would still take him over tb
It's not that there aren't worse coaches, it's just that he's in the lower half of coaches and likely will not rise much above that. He's not going to take them to SB.
The Bills did make the playoffs last year lol. And no on Gruden...he's shit as a GM but he can coach. Another one you could debate is Jason Garrett, who's just Jerry's frontman. I would say Patricia but it's not really far to rate anyone in their rookie season. But yeah arguably Thursday is a matchup of the two worst coaches in the NFL.
