The Pats almost moved to St. Louis in the 1990s because their fans stopped supporting the team. So much for karma.
The Pats couldn’t move because kraft had an iron clad lease and was a hard core fan of the team through thick and thin.
The billboards did their job, Idzik needed to be fired. It isn't the billboard people's fault Woody found the one GM who was even worse.
Dumbest poster on the internet right here, this guy has a lower IQ than a retarded hamster who sniffs glue and licks toilet seats
By observing the engagement, or lack thereof, between Gase and the Jet players on the sidelines, it appears as if the players are intentionally trying to get Gase fired. Not one player ran after the free ball in the end zone during that comical safety on Sunday. There is no way this team should be playing this badly, regardless of how much the coach and his system sucks. It seems the players have decided they don't like the guy and will continue to drag the team though the mud until he is put out to pasture. The only way to be able to tell for sure is if a new coach comes in, and the see if the team decides to pick up its play. If you want to get a coach fired, you don't have to hire a billboard ad agency; all you have to do is hire Gase. Just ask "his" players.
I asked thru private message 2 days ago and I will ask openly. Please change your avatar today. If not I will have to grant your wish and kick your ass swiftly to the curb.
As much as this is hilarious and Gase does need to go. Has anyone asked the Johnsons or Douglas about the security of Gase? Guessing will be dismissed out of hand, just like we are not trading Adams and Big Mike probably felt safe in his job in April 'no one sacks GMs after the dra...........'. Would be interesting to hear what their response to Gase security is. Arthur Blanc was asked about Falcons season and basically damned it to a point where Dan Quinn would need a miracle to be there come Jan 2nd.
I'm not sure what the point of his comment was. The billboards may not have been the sole reason for Idzik getting fired, but it definitely made them notice how bad he was.
Damn, I missed this gem Team's success has nothing to do with what its fanbase says or does. It's all about the front office, which has been pathetic for the past decade at least.
If we lose to the Giants badly I think he's gone--I don't see how Gase makes it through if we get beat up by the lowly Giants
