New England is beginning to build a reputation as the center for fan pranks. The fire alarm in the New York Jets’ team hotel was set off late last night, forcing the team to get out of bed.

There’s no proof that a Patriots fan is responsible for the incident, but safety/lead detective Kerry Rhodes(notes) has his theories, via Twitter. "You know we are playing New England when in the middle of the night when you are asleep somebody pulls a fire alarm to wake u up!! wow!!"

This is not an isolated incident either. Apparently the same thing happened to the Bills the night before their Week 1 game against the Patriots.
