Oh, you can see the punch clear as day. It's in the upper-right hand corner of the screen. You see a guy wearing a black wife-beater shirt standing just off to the left of the argument/scuffle that was happening. Then he just hauls off and clocks her with his left hand. He wasn't involved in the scuffle really, until he decided to end it. I think it was a woman getting hit because you can clearly see pigtails...men usually don't wear those. Talk about illegal hands to the face. That guy assaulted somebody and should be charged for it IMO.

Do you have any screenshots that clearly show him hauling off and punching? Not that I'm disputing the punch, just that it was clearly visible. And what do you care? Nah, the video shows that guy hauling off and hitting her VERY clearly. About 29 seconds in, find the guy in the black wife-beater shirt just off to the left of the scuffle on the upper-right hand part of the video. Then just keep your eye on him. You'll see it as plain as day. Rewind it to about 29 seconds in and watch that 6-second or so segment again a few times. You'll see it without question. Whoever filmed it moved his camera like right when it happened but you can still totally see it without a doubt. ...I don't have screen captures.
