they're going to win easily anyway, but the WVU defense is trying to set a record for most 15 yard penalties.
Stoops has shown to be a bonehead when it comes to Bowl games. He cuts the deficit to 20-15 w/a TD & then goes for an onside kick w/7 minutes left in the 3rd quarter to try & surprise WVU. Looks like the kicker practiced an onside kick for the first time 2 minutes before the game started. WV goes on to score a TD to put the game away at what I thought to be the turning point.
