Zach Wilson has swagger. This is Namath wearing a fur coat or Jim McMahon wearing the sunglasses kind of vibe.

And when he plays well people will eat it up. I only don't like swagger if the player can't back it up.

I always thought that with Jordan Palmer. He was Sam's #1 hype guy, but i'm like: "Isn't Sam paying him?" I love his support, but pretty sure he is on the payroll.

Many and we have discussed them a plenty.

    • He takes hits he should not do. He has to learn to slide and limit the impact.
    • Not ideal size for the position.
    • He has a tendency for the hero throws instead of the shorter less risky options.
    • His deep ball float a bit and he has sometime undershot his targets
    • His size is not ideal and he will have to work around the pocket or adjust his throwing trajectory to prevent his throws getting deflected.
    • He is a good runner but he is not a pure running QBs that will keep the defense in check.
    • He will have to read the plays faster and analyze more pre snap to get a better read and get the ball out faster.
    • He will not have the same level of protection in the NFL and he will have to look more for his checkdown or be more careful with the ball.
    That is considered perfection?

The Jets have given everyone the impression except apparently Zach that he will be the pick. Either that or Zach is an elite liar.

    Exactly!
Nobody knows! There was a big rumor on 2018 draft day that the Brown would draft Baker Mayfield nothing leaked out prior to that.

You should really place a wager given how much you seem to doubt Wilson is going #2. Lots of money to be made if you truly believe what you say you do.

You are inferring wrongly again. I like Fields a lot more than Wilson; I believe I’ve made that abundantly clear without any inference required. Other than hoping we pick Fields I can give 2 fucks about rightfully predicting who the selection is. There’s no value in that for me. Whether they pick my fav or someone else’s, it still don’t mean shit until whoever they pick actually do something in the league. If you want to wager on who will be the better player when it’s all said and done, I’m gamed for that though.

an "elite liar" jeeezzz you are very emotional about this whole thing. It's not good for your health. You are gonna have a heart attack.

The Jets would be stupid to tell Zach Wilson they are taking him and Zach Wilson would be stupid to talk about how he knows the Jets are gonna take him.

    I don’t think he’s lying; so who’s emotional?

Yeah you clearly seem to not care at all given all the posts you've made questioning whether the Jets are really taking Wilson at 2.

    Delusional.

Believe what you want but if you want to wager on Fields vs Wilson, let me know. It should be easy money for you since, I’m so delusional.

Maybe everyone knows but I did find it interesting that Wilson said he hasn’t gotten that impression. I wonder if TW would have a similar answer if asked about Jacksonville.

It would be a stupid wager. For one, it would take years to draw a valid conclusion and I have no interest in tying up capital for that amount of time. The opportunity cost is way too high. There's also the element of situation affecting overall career success, I think it's safe to say Fields will start his career in a better situation than Wilson will.

It serves no purpose to share this man...Has Trevor been promoting how he can't wait to eat fried gator meat in Jacksonville?
