I'd have to find the thread. I was a big allen supporter. in one of the links I posted I said stay at 6 and take allen or trade down for lamaar. both would have been better options. based on what? Records? stats? Accuracy ? Reading Defense? I mean these are two different style of QBs where it’s working extremely well for the Bills and Ravens. I am sure both teams are extremely happy with their own. So now one is better than the other for what purpose? Am I missing something here?
Why does it bother you that someone is hoping for a different outcome from what’s being reported? Do what Fields fans eat make you shit? It doesn't bother me at all. People can hope for whatever they want. What I'm more interested in is determining what is most likely to happen, not what I want to happen most. The two things just happen to coincide this time.
I don’t know; I can make the case that Allen can help you win in more ways from a grind it out defensive field position battle to an air it out barn burner. So far under Lamar once BAL is down by a couple touchdowns, the game has been pretty much over. A 14 point deficit may as well be a 30 point deficit.

There's no conflict. I just find the coping mechanisms among Fields fans interesting. It's clear to any objective observer that a lot of different things point to us taking Wilson. The last few pages of this thread could be a behavioral psychology case study.
