There was no proof that she lied about anything. And the Committee didn't prove anything. If so please give specifics. They didn't come to get facts on the Benghazi incident. If so why did the Repubs bring charts and emails that showed a preconceived POV and go after her. But she's a politician and not telling the whole truth and putting your own spin on something is nothing unusual. It's business as usual on both sides of the aisle. There have been many incidents of failed military operations and diplomats and citizens killed by terrorist's activities. And there are almost 300 US embassies abroad. Why just Benghazi under this kind of scrutiny and 8 investigations. And basically only Hillary and her associates interviewed by this committee. I want my 5 million back.
the whole thing was a bullshit waste of time but they did prove that telling people the violence in Benghazi was over a youtube video was a lie. of course you'd have to be dumb to NOT think that was a lie in the first place

OK I'm dumb then, no big revelation there. She did have reasons and an email to her daughter didn't prove anything. There was confusion and those videos did lead to violence in other places. How did they know at that very moment that it wasn't a part of these incidents either. Or that it wouldn't go to other places either. The Repubs nitpicked and just tried to prove her guilty of negligence, etc. And they even questioned them going to Libya in the first place. This was not supposed to be the mission of the committee. It's obviously political and trying to get her.
its a shocker I know but sometimes politicians lie about things. If we stopped supporting politicians based on lies then we'd have no one to vote for. This lie is mild compared to lies that got us into the Iraq War and people were directly killed as a result
Again so where's the lies. Name them and show where the proof is that she was lying. I watched it and didn't see them prove anything. As for the families, I totally believed her description of the events that happened that day in Benghazi. It didn't seem pre-planned by her because she was responding to a question. It was poignant and the most important part of her testimony. I also saw her read an email from Chris Stevens that she hadn't seen before. While reading it she seemed to tear up. She later talked about him personally and his sense of humor which she said was part of what he was saying in the email. I thought she was genuine.
Fox News of course finds someone who hates Hillary. I don't blame the Mom for being mad. Her son was killed. And look at all of the bad publicity and spin on Benghazi and Hillary by the GOP and their media outlets. If you saw the hearing yesterday they were trying to get her on all kinds of things. Like she communicated more with Blumenthal than with Stevens. Their proof: there were no emails to Stevens. Of course as she told them and other Ambassadors backed up email communications between the Sec of State and Ambassadors isn't a priority according to protocol. Ambassadors communicate to Dept of State staff members via cable etc. And then they asked her if Stevens had her personal home address etc. There's almost 300 Ambassadors. And they asked how come Blumenthal had it and Stevens didn't. Blumenthal is a personal friend. So I guess their ridiculous point is that she can't have a friend. This proves she was negligent.
I support the ideas of the party that haven't been implemented or fought for by the party for quite some time. I also thought Bush was the worst president of my lifetime until Osama came around. Both parties are the same, they just waste money on different things. They both suck. I wouldn't support Bush or Cheny if they were running, just like I won't support the next bush or the Trump. I would actually consider myself more of a libertarian than a republican tbh.
I didn't even read thru this thread, But nine pages in 151 post and the committee came up with the same thing everybody else here has nothing. What they did come up with was a way to waste $6 million of both yours and my tax dollars, so typical of the Washington waste.
Again, this thread was started about the FBI investigating Hillary's private email server. It had nothing to do with Benghazi until deathfart got confused and bumped it. they are two separate issues.
I didn't watch. I've seen a few clips. Her private server was originally uncovered when investigating Benghazi so I'm not surprised they were referencing her emails about Benghazi.
