My dog can go on Bleacherreport and shit out an article.

That dude is a simple fan and works for an accounting firm. Football analysis isn't his strong point, its a simple hobby. I, or any of the better posters on here, can spew the same shit by resting our nuts on the keyboard.

If anyone should start a blog on here, its the guys who know their shit... better yet, go read JetsDaily. Mack provides plenty of good information.

EDIT: so I actually took the time to read the whole article.... umm, don't ever post that shit again.

You do realize that a backup has to know the system in and out and be ready to come in at a moments notice right?

If this dumbass could not work hard enough to keep a job he was getting handed to him, what makes anyone in the world think he will work hard enough to know his shit when he's not expected to play?

Russell could not hold down an arena league job at this point. The guy is a complete joke.

Someone should sign Fatty just to throw hail marys at the end of the half/game. Still not worth the league minimum.

Some team will sign him for the league minimum. Maybe won't happen right away, but once camps start he might sign. There is always the AFL or CFL for him. LOL!!!!!!!!!

Read a thing earlier saying Bills, Pats, Cards, Vikings, 49ers, Browns, Eagles and Jags would all be plausible landing spots for big boy.

Although none of them mentioned if hed be signed as a QB...

Weathermen are more credible than Mel Kiper Jr:
    http://content.usatoday.com/communi...russell-reminded-mel-kiper-jr-of-john-elway/1

    From the blog...
We all make mistakes and, upon reflection, one of the biggest flubs committed by Mel Kiper Jr. was his serenade of praise for JaMarcus Russell on Draft Day 2007.

You Been Blinded and the You Tube archives bring back to life this assessment from Kiper as Russell made his way to the stage to celebrate being the No. 1 overall pick of that draft. Take it away, Mel, starting at about the :50 mark:

"Three years from now you could certainly be looking at a guy who is certainly one of the elite top five quarterbacks in this league . . . Nobody has an arm like JaMarcus Russell. . .

Obviously, he'll need a little time. But you're talking about a 2-3-year period. Once he's under center, look out, because the skill level he has is certainly John Elway-like."

    The Raiders passed on:
    -Calvin Johnson
    -Adrian Peterson
    -Patrick Willis
    -Darrelle Revis
    -Sidney Rice
    -Lamar Woodley
    -Brandon Merriweather
    -Jon Beason

Thats what makes the pick even worse. If it could get worse.
