The one on ESPN seems very similar. The league stays set up from year to year and you pick your keepers by a set date before the draft and then everyone else is thrown in the player pool. I ran the other league over there for a few years and it worked out well and is easy. I just like Yahoo because that is where my other leagues are. The auction draft is fun but it takes forever and it is already hard enough to get everyone available for the 1-2 hour window it takes to get a snake draft done. They are fun to do though.

Play the 5 teams in your division 6 times and no inter-divisional play until the final. 2.
