Who would you guys suggest I keep.
I'd keep the bolded guys, you still have two more but Reyes is in a contract year and healthy so I'm expecting big things from him. Like .300 avg and 40+ SB and 85+ runs scored. I'm not a big fan of Beltre because he only seems to play good in contract years but Texas has a good lineup so maybe that will change.
What about Bautista? he hit 54 bombs last year even with a considerable drop off it's still going to be a big number.
The draft is tonight. I am hedging on Beltre mainly because he is going like #40 in the drafts (and with keepers we start at 80). I have trade offers out there just hoping someone gives me an option to turn him into pitching.
I acquired a Yankees player in a trade that was offered to me. I didn't really want any Yankees but the offer was too good to not pass up. My team is *struggling. I don't need a Yankees player affecting it even more with his cooties. I want this fuck off my team but he is too valuable to cut. I am weak at 2B with Chone Figgins. One guy has Ian Kinsler and Rickie Weeks. Should I trade Teixeira for one of them? *I retired from fantasy baseball in 2007 because I had struggled in previous odd-numbered years. I was good in 2000, 2002, and 2004 and sucky in 2001, 2003, and 2005. I had excellent years in 2006 and 2008 and then chose to play in 2009. Finally I had a good year in an odd-numbered year. Now in 2011 I stink again. I am like the bizarro Bret Saberhagen of fantasy baseball. Bizarro because I think he was the opposite in that he was good in odd-numbered years and shit in even-numbered years at least for the first half of his career.
