Like Casserly said when he visited training camp, we're going to have strongest players in the league.

I don't think we were a mess and a no-show. We didn't capitalize on some key opportunities and we lost a football game. Last I checked we weren't going 16 - 0.

We're a young team and still gelling. Relax, there are clear definitive signs we're heading in the right direction. Mac has put together a very good team. Pardon my enthusiasm, but I'm gonna say we'll witness this green gang come together Thursday evening, and win in Cleveland. YES, this team will have hiccups along the way as they figure things out on offense, but watch out when they do. It's gonna be special. This team will make you proud to be a Jets fan. A team with integrity and resolve in the face of adversity all the while they grow into a winner.

I truly expected a 6-10 team starting the youngest QB in 50+ years to go 16-0 this season. Bummer :(

Richard, don't call me Dick, Caster had the best TE season ever for the Jets in 1972. 21.4 Yards per catch, 10 TD's. 14 game season, 13 starts, 833 yards. Caster had terrible hands, that's how good he was.

Sorry, but not true. Mickey Shuler was a very good TE for the Jets for a long time.

    Here's his NFL.com profile: http://www.nfl.com/player/mickeyshuler/2502942/profile

I suggest clicking on the link and also seeing if you can find some YouTube videos of Shuler.

Good question, however there's a difference between not executing as a team and not executing as an individual. Yesterday seemed like a collection of individual errors rather than a failure as a team. Herndon failing to get out of bounds when given a clear chance at the end of the first half for instance. That's on him alone. There were quite a few of those sort of moments that were key contributors to the loss.

Now the OL is a completely different story. That was a collective failure.

I sacrificed my lucky chicken before the Jets beat the Colts in the SB. This weeks chicken had bad juju.
