All RG3 needs to do is get the Bears to a bowl game. It's been way too long since they've been.

Baylor signed a kid named Glasco Martin - he's a highly rated athlete that can either play running back or wide receiver. In the spread style offense that they run with Griffin, Martin will probably play wideout because he'll automatically be their best skill position player.

They also have some pretty good returning players around Griffin: senior wideout David Gettis who is probably one of the fastest players in the country, but he's a perfect example of a track guy wearing football pads. Junior running back Jay Finley is a NFL prospect. Sophomore wideout Kendall Wright was the team's leading receiver.

Their biggest problem will be replacing offensive tackle Jason Smith - it looks like either a true freshman or a redshirt freshman will fill his spot.

This is a pretty good article about where Baylor will be next year.

It looks like they've made some huge moves on defense, especially getting gigantic DT Phil Taylor, a transfer from Penn State.

If they can somehow pull off a win against Wake Forest on opening weekend, they should start off the season 4-0 going into Oklahoma...where they'll probably have no shot at a victory, but I'll still pull for them.
