So? How does that fuck us long term? If he's an issue, we cut bait. We have protections built in to the contract.

And he's not a locker room cancer. He doesn't cause issues in the locker room or divide the locker room. His issues have been legal and a contract dispute b/c he was on a 4th round rookie contract. He's now being compensated. If he stops beating women we're all good, lol.

Fin fans have a obsession with girls anal glands while wearing their favorite QB jersey.

2 2nd round picks and a boat load of cash were spent to get him. If he ends up fucking off as he has his entire life and the fins need to ditch him, there will be waste there in draft picks and salary cap space. If he miraculously turns his life around and finds Allah it will be worth it.

Well, if he fucks up off the field, we don't waste any cap space b/c we can easily get out of the contract with the protections we've built in.

We still would lose the picks, buy with draft picks being a crap shoot and no guarentee to pan out either, it is well worth it...

this whole debate started when finnasty suggested its a 3 team race for the division, so i'm gonna ask a simple question, who has more talent? and what team [players] have more upside, out of the cheatriots, dolphins, and jets?

my answer, is the jets and pats are close, while the dolphins have a lot more ???? marks then us.

I said it is going to be a slug fest in our division. It was a pretty close fight for most of last season... and this offseason became an arms race. I do think the Fins have a shot, but I aint here calling them the favorite or anything. The Fins are one of the youngest, if not the youngest team in the league. The average age of our offense is 26, and the average age of our defense is 25.

We definitely have some questions. How will our young OLBs do? How will our FS position pan out, etc...

But we definitely have the talent to make a push, or at least challenge for it. Will they? I have no idea. Hard to predict the impact Marshall and Dansby will make. But its also hard to predict the impact Holmes and Cromartie will make.

But I dont see us being swept by either the Jets or the Pats. I think we will split both... like we usually do. The only time the Pats have swept us in the past 8 years or so was when we went 1-15. And we split with you in 2008, and swept you (although both were close games) in 2009.

To think we are just going to get swept away by the Pats and Jets and not push you guys for the division isnt realistic IMO...

Well, keep in mind that we lost multiple players... and key positions.

We lost our #1 QB, #1 RB, #1 CB, C, LG, NT, and #1 ILB.

Core players at core positions. It really hurt. Thats why we tailed off at the end... we simply ran out of ammo.

I'm curious as to what "protections" were built in. If there is a season next year, it will likely have a salary cap. If BM is a turd and fins want to dump him they will have the rest of his signing bonus as dead cap space. They also gave him a very generous garaunteed portion. So what protection do the fins have?

i hear ya, but we lost jenkins, rhodes got benched, t.j ran out of gas, e.c.t, but there's were the difference lies between us, and thats depth.

and your qb situation? c'mon man are you gonna tell me that fish fans are really confident w/henne winning them a sb?

i think i speak for most [not all, i know] when i say we have confidence in sanchez to win us a sb this year.

We have no idea whether Henne can win us a Super Bowl. We havent seen enough of him. And we havent seen enough of Sanchez yet either.

Why shouldnt we be confident in Henne though? Or, I guess, why should you be sooo much more confident in Sanchez than we should be in Henne?
