Must admit, I thought the Jets would lose by about 10. Nice show of fortitude by the Jets in the 2nd half. Congrats on a solid win. But please after today's game, no more with the NFL is against the Jets B.S. Lot of calls went the Jet's way.
A lot of people moaning about the late Jammer call, but he never looks for the ball, he's faceguarding Holmes and makes contact. That's explicitly a penalty in the rulebook.
YUP, my sentiment exactly. As soon as I saw the replay and saw Jammers hand a few inches away from Holmes' face I said faceguarding, which is a penalty...GO

This game was called for the Jets as badly as a few of the games were called against the Jets earlier on. Maybe the Refs missed OTA's, they're sucking it this year. GO!!:jets:
i can't even watch espn anymore...the nonsense that i hear spew from their mouths makes me sick i feel like they don't even watch the games and instead just read numbers after. it's annoying. first post. saw some one hating on espn and figured i should chime in. was at the game today also. crowd really was into it. Great game !
That's rich coming from a Pats fan considering the NFL has repeatedly changed the rules of the game to justify the Pats success. How's that tuck rule working out?
ESPN is a joke. An absolute joke. You're right, they don't watch the games. They watch some highlights, read some stats and think they know what happened. It's pathetic. And when they don't know what to say, they just verbally blow Tom Brady.
the officiating was BAD in favor of the Chargers for most of three quarters and equally BAD in favor of the Jets for the rest of the game Ron Winter take his thick coke bottle eyeglasses and head off to a frigging nursing home before next week. He is by far the worst referee and his crew the worst crew in the NFL.
Catt County will be long gone in about a month when Fitzharvard and his overrated team from the armpit of New York State disappear from contention right on schedule
The NFL analysis/hosts/writers are all about over-reaction. The Jets really have had one bad loss -- at Oakland -- and it wasnt really that bad (that fumble really changed the game). They didnt play well on the road against Baltimore/NE -- which is not surprising the only problem is that the games were back to back. But 2-3 -- with 3 road losses against good teams -- omg, the horror -- to quote the great MRR -- "The ship -- it be sinking." Not really. Although the chargers imploded -- they were tailor made for the jets. Not physical. @Buff, NE, @Denver, Buff, @Wash -- 3-2 doesnt kill you.
