ESPN: Clemens is the Answer

    I give him the start. He is also going into a contract year, I believe. If we have a good running game and a good D he'll be fine.

    The corner is the outside blitzer. Clemens didn't see him until he went into his cadence, and didn't audible out at that point. He can also throw the ball away. But hey, I'm a monday morning QB here. There certainly aren't many QBs in the NFL who would audible to a different play, change the receiver's route or throw the ball away.

    If Clemens and Ratliff are both given an equal opportunity, i say Ratliff beats him out.
    I do however agree that Clemens desearves a shot, but i'm not convinced he's the answer.

    I want Ratliff to get a legit chance at the starting job. Which means Clemens will be named the starter before Training Camp.
