Well, if Tebow is coming in to play backup QB, as opposed to the occasional HB/TE, then there's only a handful of teams where it could work right now, and the Pats are one of them because they have a definitive, elite QB. If anything, Tebow having a legitimate hand in helping the Pats win a game or two against the Jets next season would be the perfect cap to the whole Tebow saga. Hoping for the opposite, of course, but this is the Jets.
McDaniels believes in Tebow. When Brady retires with Belichick, McDaniels will have his QB to start off with.
