    He was doing well in Texas, not as good as he was before all the injuries but that's a pretty high standard. He got washed up in three weeks? He hasn't gone through a full season since 2004, that could be part of it.

    so his 2.5 WHIP is just bad luck so far? Either that or his location has been horrible. Unfortunately, I'm up in Red Sox Nation right now, so I happened to catch a game on NESN the other day. His stuff doesn't have the bite that it did earlier in the season, and on top of that he is missing his spots. And its not like he's missing them down or outside. He is missing them and floating the ball over the plate.

    Kinda like Mussina actually

    yeah, I guess his 246 career wins are shit then, right?

    Give me a break. He was a great pitcher for years, good the last couple, and now is going through a rough stretch. Chill out

    Why is that no one is willing to except that pitchers eventually come to the end of the line? Just like Rivera has.
