As bad as our WRs are we are so much better off at WR than we were in 2013 and 2014. I want to be positive and remind us thar we have not posted back to back losing seasons in 20 years and say that what will not kill you could potentially make us stronger. But, this is shaping up to be an epically bad offense which could be the worst we have ever seen as Jets fans. I am worried about the OL holding up, the WRs and the QBs. Suddenly TE may have become our offensive strength with a rejuvenated ASJ. I am liking the defense and I am liking the OC but this offense really scares me. I see the potential for other teams defenses outscoring our offense multiple times this year.
I feel so bad for Quincy man. He was truthfully the lone bright spot I was looking forward to killin' it offensively. This season is going to be God awful and forgetful.
This was truly sad news for me to read. A 1-2 duo of Enunwa & Robby as our #1 and #2 WR's were one of my top 5 aspects heading into the season, excitement wise at least. But now. No longer. That dream has been shot down. One of my top 5 current Jets; and now he's out for the season. And to make it worse we have a young kid QB in Hackenberg, who i really believe in as a prospect, who will now be forced to QB without one of, if not his best offensive player. Life of a Jets fan. Fk it. I guess I'm used to it by now.
Id like to bet my house that the Jets WONT win the superbowl. I could use a free six pack or maybe more like a stick of gum.
I just looked it up: http://www.vegasinsider.com/nfl/odds/futures/ Jets are 500:1 (SB). For comparison, the Pats are 11:4. So a $500 wager on our beloved men in green pays out 1/4 $million$, and that's before Q got hurt!

Why on earth would you think a 800 yd 4 td receiver was the difference between a shit season and a good season. This team couldnt win six games with julio jones on it. Seriously what are the people on this board smoking. This is a 0-1 win team without him with him 2-4. He is a number three receiver. What on earth were you gonna bet 500 dollars on? Save your money please. You couldnt possibly think this was a superbowl team. What else are you betting? They should be 1000 -1 just to beat the patriots twice.
I think our roster will look alot different come September 4th. We are going to be picking through every other teams scraps to try and field a roster. I'd say 2017 is just a long audition for the current roster to determine who sticks around in 2018.
You don't honestlyly think that the WRs on this years squad (Anderson facing suspension , Peake , Stewart , Hansen and whoever else sticks) are better than Decker, Enunwa , Owusu, Harvin and Kerley from 14 or Marshall, Decker, Enunwa, and the rest from 15 do you? The receiving corp from 15 set franchise records. This year's group is very raw, and unproven. Even before Enunwa went down , our receivers we're arguably the worst in the league, now we are going from a #3 possibly a #2 Reciever masquerading as a 1 to no 1 or 2. Remember how Decker fared as a #1 and I'd argue 2014 Decker is head and shoulders above any receiver on this years Roster.
I agree. It's just not possible. The coaching staff has an advantage knowing if the breakdown is on the receiver or QB, but even still, it won't be easy to get a true read on what the QBs can do.
