i also remember that Orlando Pace is 2 inches and 25 lbs larger than Ferguson.

    that changes some things.

first off if we make a pick at 4 it should be a position we absolutely need. Jones is good enough, I'm not saying Ferguson isnt worth the 4th pick. Just not on our team. or at least NOT THIS YEAR!

anyways this is now another D'Brick thread enjoy the back n forths!

Not at all. Fin Fans are well aware of the fact that you guys rent a room in Jersey, thanks for pointing that out though.

At my Job there's a couple Steeler fans, an Eagles fan, a Bucs fan, a Jet fan, and me. Last season, I was the laughing stock. This season he is. Don't feel bad, you guys suck right now - there's nothing you can do about it. This is the life of a fan, as the big tittied dolly pardon once said, if you want the rainbow you've got to put up with the rain.

You should become a Redskins fan. They are the Champions of March every year.

That is very funny and true !!

Everybody who knows me knows I bleed green. At work the windows and door to my office are always covered with Jets banners and such. What cracks me up is when some Steeler/Pat/Dolphin/Pick your team fan comes along who doesn't know me and starts spouting off about his team. Then 9 out of 10 times I baffle them with some questions about their team and they are clueless. Us pathetic fans who adorn these websites 24x7 are few and far between. Surely, it is not easy being a Jets fan, but at least try to have fun doing it....

Finally I can somewhat agree with a douchebag, assfaced, redneck, smelly, ignorant, crab infested, toothless, brainless, d*ckless, alpo-fart sniffing, blowhole dolphins fan. We aren't the greatest so all you can do is take the punishment until we are. Oh yeah I was kidding about the smelly part... :breakdance:

THat's a really sad story. THere is only one solution for you: snap all your pencils and walk off the job. You don't need to be working with such insensitive gaping-maw, knuckle draggers. I think Montel had a show about just this scenario...

Manic Depressives: Can they be sports fans too?

This isn't the smalk talk forum, and that's a sure fire way to ruin this thread.

Tell your daddy to take an NFL geography lesson. Not all teams play in the same city they represent. Still, they are THE NEW YORK JETS:rolleyes:

More current Gallery. The league testing of steroids began during Man entry into the NFL & it was the death knell for him since he had no power without them.

3 QBs and 2 RB's out with injury last season. This makes be believe that
    1) Jones is not good enough (along with the rest of the line)
    2) Oline is certainly something we NEED to upgrade immediately.

You guys who think the Jets are the laughing stock of the NFL have your heads up your asses. That perception is in the past, and held on to by fans who can seem to let go of their own loser mentality.

Yeah, last year sucked. Try being a Cardinals fan, or a Lions fan, or a Niners fan.

Last I heard, rooting for a team was a voluntary action.

Sounds like your friends are kinda dumb. 1.Yeah, we're giving Pennington a chance. We'd take a big cap hit if we cut him, he was willing to work with us on his contract and, when he was healthy he played well for us. If he doesn't come through we have another 1st round draft pick, with good toughness and physical tools waiting to take his place.
    2. Its smart to consider picking an Olineman at 4. Oline and Dline wins games. They are the foundation of any franchise and if you don't know that, you don't know football.
    3. Can't sign FAs? Sez who? We're not going after a bunch of FAs. In our current situation signing big name FAs isn't going to help us. We're rebuilding, we're not a player away from a Championship run.

Sounds like a bunch of football-illiterates. I'd enjoy betting games against them every fall.

Remember Courtney Brown and Andre Wadsworth? I guess that rules out DE.

Maybe a QB. Oh wait. Remember Heath Shuler, Rick Mirer, Ryan Leaf, Joey Harrington, and Akili Smith? OK, no QB. Maybe a RB?

    Hell no! Remember Kijana Carter?

I think we should just give up and draft a waterboy. I don't think their have been any first round waterboy busts recently.

How many teams have not won a superbowl?

How many teams can say they were pioneers on the way the NFL is today?

Forget them dude, they dont know football, or how to win. They are the william hung of fans.
