I didn't cherry pick. I was commenting on the example he provided from that geeky Nania kid. Hell if you want more examples of Zach Wilson being indecisive back there you can watch him play every week.

Saleh just said in his presser that Elijah will not play on Sunday.

Hard message to Elijah. I like it.

 

I dont think there's any chance Saleh will give any detail. Just something like "We love Elijah, we had a miscommunication and we worked it out. We plan on having him suit up on Sunday"

Its frustrating not to get clarity but I think it's the right way to go. Don't escalate the situation by feeding into the public drama

I like Saleh's approach in these matters. He's the biggest cheerleader on the team and has his guys' backs...but he demands the same, and wants to send the message that the team is bigger than one player.

Not sure if anyone is watching or following along on Twitter, but Bob Saleh has handled this about as well as you possibly could have.

 

Wilson has been knocked down 6 times and sacked 5 times in 3 games. What a pounding!

But I agree, sends a hard message to Elijah by not playing him this week but has his back and won't throw him under the bus to the media. Leadership.

 

This organization feels different. They handled this rather well honestly. MLF has to be better tho. Ive said it time and time again. This team can beat any team in the NFL if he gets his shit togther. Theyre one of the most talented teams.

Moore is young. I had my fair share of outbursts in the past.....shit I still do now. Im not gonna kill the kid, disappointed but not gonna kill him.

 

I would assume this happened because crybaby Elijah found out we were going with the same logical effective game plan of running the ball against a team with an elite defense.

 

Coach Saleh is a sharp dude. He handles situations in house. If the young man gets his head on straight he will get another chance. But remember his teammates have the final say. He has to apologize to them as well.
Remember Joe Douglas is always looking for draft capital. He keeps his eye out for a good deal. BTW Carolina really did well in the McCaffrey trade.
