The 2k5 soundtrack system was Kik ASS! You had a list of options for songs so that they got implemented into the game!!!! Intro song, 3rd down song, Interception song, 2 min warning / Halftime song. Each song could be edited so if you just want the "Welcome to the Jungle" break for a TD celebration song you could do it. A bunch of options for it. It was by far the greatest Soundtrack system ever made. Shit was awesome. EA has been recycling it's BS for years and now they have no comp because of the license.

rofl, good point. nothing was more painful to me than NCAA 06 soundtrack. being that one of the only songs I liked was De La Soul-Me, Myself, and I yeah good point, only year I remember liking the music was in 04 or 03, maybe earlier. but i only remember the soundtrack being solid once since it hit ps2
I don't listen to the soundtrack enough to care. If it's that big of a deal, I'll just listen to music on my stereo.
if ur black its a bad soundtrack if ur not black its a good soundtrack but basically i have 360, so i just play my ipod music so its all the same to me.
