Cohwer was almost run out of Pittsburgh as he didnt win squat for the first few years he was there. You have to have a coaching staff in place for more then 3 or 4 years for things to "Jel" and the Rooney's understand this. Super Bowl experience? All of the above had none until they were placed in a spot to grow, much like Rex.

Did you just make that up? There is no way we would make a change after one year. We've aleardy tried to snag Chower and he wasnt taking the bait.

The "Rex being on the hot seat" part - No.

The Woody contacting Cowher part - Yes, pure speculation! It seems like everyone is contacting Cowher and Shanahan these days. As we all expected.

no one is making it up.

i've seen sport vids that say BOTH tanny and rex are on the hot seat, and that cowher WOULD come here if totally in charge.

think no further than the next 3 letters:

I think it's a little bit of both. Schott always seems to try and trick his opponents, instead of playing to our strengths. Sanchez is getting blitzed regularly, can we run a screen or a draw? I believe Rex will give Sanchez his dump off receiver that he desperately needs.
