Oh ok. I haven't figured out a lot of the game yet, so I had no idea gifts and "companion quests" were an option. I just rushed off to that Redcliffe place and then didn't want to kill either the mum or the little boy so decided to get the mage's help. I have a feeling this game is going to devour my summer holidays.
Finally finished the Circle of the Mage. Had to drop down 1 level from hard for a couple of battles to finish but I did so. I also kept Wynne. I was so unable to be Uldred without her. My next stop is Denirem. Lots to do here. I do so want to bang Morrigan!
I have it for PC, I haven't gotten to starting it yet though...I've just been busy, I will soon though.
I'm about 5 minutes into the actual gameplay on the PC version and it is very awkward to move around and kind of annoying with all of the talking so far....is this one of those games that sucks at first and then turns amazing?
I thought that it was pretty amazing from the beginning. I have it for the PS3, I am in the final battle and have logged over 80 hours on it. It keeps getting better and better.
My friend is gonna download the game for me and give me the disc tomorrow so I'll probably get a chance to play it tomorrow night or Tuesday. Is it one of those games that's like Fallout 3/Mass Effect where it seems like dialogue choices influence how the game turns out and in effect with your party members?
You do have to make alot of choices. Finished the game this morning. Just under 86 hours. The last battle is a big bitch!
I like the game...I wanna replay it at some point as a different character. The whole Grey Warden Mage thing was pretty lame.
