yep, as much as I hate him, it's hard to argue with Cam's stats on O. Julio Jones played well, but Cam has this wrapped up.

Aldon Smith likely deserved DROY as well.

No love for Ginger Dalton? The kid got the Bengals into the playoffs even with AJ disappearing for the last 4 games.

true enough, but without Newton, the Panthers are probably 1-15 again

Andy had a fine regular season. Cam had a record setting rookie season. Its not really close as who was the better QB IMO.

Just take a quick look at the stat lines

    Cam
QBR Att Com % YDS Y/G Y/A TD INT
    84.5 310 517 60.0 4051 253.2 7.8 21 17

    Andy
    80.4 300 516 58.1 3398 212.4 6.6 20 13

The only thing Dalton wins in is picks. Now add in that Cam ran for 550 more yards (over 700 total rushing yeards) and 13 more TD's than Dalton and the gap gets wider. Newton was responsible for 35 total TD's to Andy's 21. He's jsut a far more dynamic player at this point.
