Did you even read my response? I mentioned Dorsey, and AFAIK he's one of less than 5 GMs who got 2nd jobs as GMs in the last 20-30 years. He last all of three years in KC in his first job as a GM, and in his second stint as a GM with the Browns, he only lasted two years, which proves my point.
