I remember hearing that LSU's OC pulled out a lot of different formations to confuse the Ohio State's defense. That could explain his problems calling the signals, and considering we have Harris making the calls I don't think it would be too much of a factor so long as Mangini and Sutton's replacement keep him locked in the film room during TC so he at least knows his job. But if he's shying away from hits than I guess picking him up would be a major mistake.
Is it just me or do LB's from THE Ohio State University tend to be a bit overrated? I know Hawk is good but Katzenmoyer was a complete bust and Bobby Carpenter too. And let's not forget our friend the Boar Hunter!
