Perhaps if you took the time to read through articles and other posts made on this board before you came here you would know what i was talking about. Tannenbaum has had a few press releases that said he was going to try to build the team through the draft...not so much free agency. And then there was an article last week i believe that said he wanted all his pieces in place through free agency and then pad onto it through the draft. And would you say the Patriots build off the draft or free agency? Clearly the draft. Would you say the Giants build off the draft or free agency? Clearly free agency. So there is a distinct difference between the two.
