3. Trying to force a sale (needs 75% of owners to do so)

 

The voting I expect will take place after the playoffs are done.

So apparently the owners will vote to strip him of ownership and not abolish the franchise, one has to wonder whether Sterling will fight this.

I wonder whether recent clippers' comments had anything to do with trying to limit this distraction during the Playoffs.

 

I'm wondering what state Choice of Law provisions govern the NBA's formation docs and by-laws? Have to imagine Delaware or NY and probably not California. If Sterling is forced to go to Delaware, the arbitration decision should be upheld.
