Bring back Braylon and definitely add another receiver in the draft.

what's with the personal attacks and namecalling, jonny.... I'd expect such stuff from an Icelander fan but it appears from your avatar that you are a fan of the New York Metro Area's ONLY NHL Franchise -- the NEW YORK RANGERS

^Exactly what went through my head when I saw this thread. Great player but not what the Jets need right now.

I'd love to see Braylon come back but for whatever reason the Jets made it a point not to do that this year. I'm thinking it may not be a realistic option if the FO doesn't want him.

Why are you guys talking about rings, the OP clearly stated
Maybe Driver literally has a sign he hands to people when they are being stupid like that redneck comedian. It would suck to be handed a sign in the middle of practice

Really, an old wr is your number 1 target this off-season?

Not Peyton Manning, not Ray Rice, not Peyton Hillis, an old wr? And not even the best old wr available, Reggie Wayne, but a mediocre old wr?

Love Driver's character, but he's lost the ability to get separation. He can still be marginally productive in the Packers' 5 wide sets, but in our system, I don't see him getting open.

It would be a waste of $$$ in Sporano's system, we need WR's who can block. We won't be running too many 4 WR sets in this system. I like Schillen's as well but he can't seem to stay on the field. The same with Floyd, the Chargers are a different team when he plays but he is always injured.

Why is it everyone is so quick to want somebody after 1 game with a few good catches. Driver was a non factor for Green Bay most of the season. He's already declining. It would be a bad pick up, IMO.

If he can stay on the field, that is.

    utter failure.

we already have a slot reciever. Kerley.

and if Driver is anything more than a slot reciever in this offense, Tanny should be fired for not properly addressing depth. AGAIN.

    no thanks

Jets need to focus on finding a couple of safeties who can cover TE's.

I think the fact that Plax and Santonio already have rings makes them more apathetic. I don't think they give a fuck about this franchise.

Plax shouldn't be brought back. Santonio is under contract, hopefully he grows a set and works hard. I like Kerley in the slot and Pat Turner at #4. We need a WR2.

I understand your desire to find good locker room guys. That doesn't mean you need to settle for players @ end of their career though. There's also good locker room guys that are young.

How about we get a #1 WR.

I thought Braylon's relationship with Sanchez was worth him coming back. Obviously the FO thought differently. Maybe he comes back and we add a WR in the draft.

Or VJax and a 3rd round WR. Colston, Garcon, etc. The Jets have a lot of options for Wr. Driver should not be one of them.

The only reason I want Plax back is the RZ threat and that keepin him reduces the WR carousel we have had since MS came here.

How much could he have left in the tank? And Im sure he hill think about retirement more in the offseason and I think we should be getting younger, not older.

Although I am sure he is a great leader/mentor it is not worth the roster spot and money to bring him in. Plus I see him staying with Green Bay most likely.
