You might consider organizing your closet as a priority over watching the game, as I do. I also need to check the air in my tires and clean out the glove compartment. But damn... those red and green outfits are so damned good-looking...
Not to be a downer, but in my opinion, the Pro-bowl is one of the biggest jokes in all of professional sports. First of all, the way the particapants are selected makes a mockery of the cherished principles of logic. Secondly, defenses aren't allowed to blitz the opposing quarterbacks and "rough" tackling is penalized. Thus, it's NOT A REAL football game. It's an exhibition. The reason for this is obvious and clearly illustrates why having an all-star exhibition game in a CONTACT sport makes absolutely no sense. Because in CONTACT sports, players get injured with alarming frequency and it's utterly RIDICULOUS to put the best players in a contact sport at unnecessary risk once a year in a meaningless game. Case closed. So no, I will not be watching the pro-bowl. (And just for the record, I LOVE football. It's easily my favorite sport. I live and die for the NFL. But the Pro-bowl is a joke)
Well, Favre will be there. That tells you all you need to know. I might tune in to keep track of the INTs he throws to the NFC. Gotta get me one of those counter thingies that you hold in your hand and push the button.
About as much as the prospect of getting a liver transplant... ...check that, I may need a liver some day.
I got excited by the Pro Bowl for the final time when I was 9 years old. I thought it was cool to see all the different helmets on the field at one time. By age 10, I had had enough.
Faneca is a starter and Jenkins is a 2nd string, I never said he was going to start. Mangold is actually a #2 but with Mawae OUT he will start.
ill watch it cuz my girlfriend and i are diehard fans and were extremely pissed when we collapsed out of the playoffs...but it leads to angry sex which is great...plus shes in love with leon washington whose also my favorite player on the team
I have an interesting question: If Rex Ryan loses tomorrow, then is hired by the Jets, would he still coach the defense in the Pro Bowl? Hmm.
Ooo ooo. . . .I forgot. The Pro Bowl!! I'm definitely going to have to not do one of the twelve other things I was going to do just on the off-chance I find myself in front of a television and there are no Facts of Life reruns on.
I might watch some to see our players. Usually I just watch teh highlights. Next year it will be better with the Probowl prior to the SB.
