Only thing with Sanchez is he can have a solid game throwing a few TDs and no INTs but we all know that he can't do that on a consistent basis.
So am I, but better for him to be 100% next week and play to his ability, than be hampered for a meaningless game... This announcement will extend to the 4th game.. I think both QBs will play the last game while the rest of the starters sit out. The announcement will come the Wednesday before the Bucs game.
I believe he wasn't as badly injured as he made out, and once he got called out by the media actually decided to try and play week one instead of sit for part of the season. He's another guy I don't want on the team in 2014.
Once again Holmes can't win for losing. The tweet says he looks good and that gets flipped into a negative.
I don't get it. They allow him to practice this week, but now they deem his ankle too injured to play in the game? C'mon man..
The "Qb Competition" is for all intents and purposes, over. Sanchez is the starter for better or worse.
Lets see, this game was not a good performance for Sanchez...It was very mediocre...In fact typical Sanchez. Add up all of his time out there to now and if it equates to 1 full game then its not very good. Lets see how Geno does this week/week 3...That game will determine week 1 starter...I agree that Sanchez probably does start, but the competition isnt a runaway
