miami has a pretty good o-line. in fact it may be neck and neck with ours. better blocking tight ends, and 2 RB's that are just as good as jones and washington. point is that there is talent on their offense, built to run, and our D isn't as good as many want to believe. jil
outside of Jenks, our D-Line is not much to fear and got manhandled last night... now either it was an abomination, and they just played the worst game of the season, or they just aren't that good. Only way we are going to find out is see what happens from here on out. Hopefully, today, they were doing full contact tackling drills, because I've seen pee wee teams that tackle better than that.
Rex even said it himself he wasn't ready for Henne to actually, put together a good performance. People say how could Rex stop the wildcat so easy in the playoffs. The answer is that Henne to Ginn pass. Fact is Henne is a better qb for that offense then Pennington was. Henne can stretch the field and make those qucik powerful throws to the side lines. We were waiting all game for Henne to make that mistake and it didn't happen.

They played 3 tough games before the got to kick Buffalo's ass and finally beating us with 6 seconds left. No loss is acceptable, but they were the better team yesterday. I was thinking the same thing. Remember Colts-Dolphins a few weeks ago in Miami? By the end of the game you could see all the linemen for both teams were just gassed, Miami's OL especially. They seemed a lot more energetic this time around, thats for sure, maybe thats what Ryan was thinking about when he didn't use timeouts. And to put the topic to rest, the thing that sucks about Jets fans is they get down on their team after a single loss when the team has a winning record. It sucks to lose divisional games, but get a grip, its week 6 and the offense looked great. We've got Buffalo next week, if we lose to them, then there's probably reason to be concerned, but for now, there's no reason fans should be pissed off. Frankly, I prefer this to the last decade, when we beat the Dolphins regularly but never beat the Patriots. The coaches should be pissed off, sure, but that's the case after almost any loss. Kris Jenkins looked pretty pissed off, and if I was one of the people he was pissed off at, I'd be working like hell to play better next week.

So yeah, that's what good teams do. They create game plans to win.
