    Either that or the play was drawn up as a lateral and it was terribly executed

    thought you could advance it once the receiving team touches the ball, that rule is idiotic.

    If Tate caught it and dropped it he could advance it because it would be a fumble. But he bobbled it so it's dead once he gets it.

    Weird rule.

    Colston just displayed the lowest IQ I have seen in a while.

    1)Why did he go down on the onside kick? RUN Down the field, get yards because the clock will stop when you get tackled

    2)Forward pass, wtf?

    I know in the heat of the moment its hard to react but he HAD TO KNOW prior to the snap that if he catches it he has to get out of bounds.

    You can't advance muffs for some reason. I'm curious about the intent/reason for this rule, all I've been able to find so far is some nonsense about the receiving team never taking possession so it's automatically a dead ball when the kicking team recovers it. Should be changed IMO.

    You can't advance muff kicks for some odd reason, so he's excluded from #1.

    As for #2; it had to have been Payton's call. Still, what a retarded play all around.

    I think Luck has gained a lot of credibility but people are not yet ready to put him into the highest tier. I think if they win tonight, Luck from a media perspective, will be in the top tier along with Brady-Peyton-Brees-Rodgers.
