beating Dallas is never easy, with or without Nelson. Anyway, SNF - playoff version is here, precipitated by a KC ice storm. Michaels and Collinsworth on NBC game rescheduled to follow Dallas/GB
Too each his own. I am fucking pissed that their is not a game on Sunday until after 4. People work on Monday's and hardly anybody wants to stay up past 11 for a game that doesn't include their team. Won't ever happen, even though the ratings will be good for this one no matter what, but the minute a game turns south in this time slot the ratings would plummet. Puzzling thing about this move is that you cannot do much about ice especially if the get north of 1/2 inch, it is not like snow where some time will get the roads cleared. When the sun goes down it only makes things worse.
i'm actually pretty happy. sunday night tv sucks right now and it looks like its going to be a nice day sunday. get a little bit of outside activities and then settle in for some football and probably the best 2 games of the weekend. its tough to burn an afternoon on a game not featuring the jets. as for the weather, looks like the temps are climbing throughout the day, some salt and warming temps will clear the roads for travel. it is a good call on their part from a safety aspect.
Wow. I think you need to reflect a bit on what's important in life or you could be headed for a short one.
I picked the Patriots to win today, like almost everyone else, however, I'd love to see the Texans pull off the monumental upset. The Texans have a punchers chance due to their #1 ranked D. Keys for the Texans to win: 1. Estsblish a run game with Lamar Miller, 2. Brock Osweiller plays mistake free football. 3. Texans D and ST help create shorter fields for the Texans O. 4. Last but not least win the turnover battle.
Don't think so - I am 50 years old and my doctor says I have the blood pressure of a teenager. Maybe pissed off but is a little strong, but the best game of the weekend was in the perfect football time slot Sunday at 1pm.
Not just "pissed off" but "fucking pissed off!" And you're fifty? We can just chalk it up as the ferment of impetuous youth. Did you have big plans for Sunday night? You're right about it being the best game...unless Houston scores twenty more than they should.
what I think they should do: Sundays are NFL for the first two weekends, do it like this one game Saturday night at 8 PM Sunday 1 PM Sunday 4:30 PM Sunday 8 PM
Atlanta strikes right back. Might have a barn burner here I haven't seen Atlanta play really at all this year. Their running back looks like a stud.
