God damn LSU bothers the hell out of me, these pass few years have been underachieving. I did not see the game, but we never should have been in a position should have been a field goal game. I'm not going to bash the defense to much because allowing more or less 16 points (before the GW field goal) is fine but god damn our offense cannot do shit, our offensive coordinator cannot call plays, our quarterback cannot run the plays, our running backs are all hurt, our receivers cant catch, and our line cant block. Russell Sheppard who every scout and every coach said was an amazing athlete regardless of where you put him had NO touches today, none, zip, zilch, nada what the hell is wrong with Crowton he is terrible Going into next year LSU could be a little thin at WR but we really need to find a new Qb Im fairly confident if we can simply improve our QB and improve our O line the rest is all good. Defensively we are ok for next year, not great but we have some damn strong players coming back
28 of 31 for 436 yards and 3 TDs for Tim Tebow through three quarters. ...seems to me like Urban Meyer is making a statement with this play calling.
first overtime in Liberty Bowl history. ECU missed two FGs with under 2 minutes left (the last one ended regulation). 17-17
ECU has the first possession of OT and the kicker misses a 35 yarder. Three misses in rapid succession.
Actually felt bad for the ECU kicker...Oh well. On another note, some of the calls in these games are just plain bad officiating.
This is a good game, and everyone is praising this Texas Tech coach, but he's used up all three of his time outs to decide things, and that's not necessarily a good thing.
Texas Tech goes for it on 4th down twice in FG range and converts both. Then they score a TD on the first down after the second conversion. Taking a knee at the 1 would've been smarter. Made a great effort to stretch to get in the endzone, but it wasn't really a smart play.
Ole Miss - OSU was the worst college football game I have ever seen. Two absolutely atrocoius teams with terrible QBs. Dexter Mccluster is at least exciting.
How was Cameron Heyward's performance? I was only able to watch the first quarter, and from what I saw, he looked pretty good.
