haha, thats lame as fuck. well much like with anything in life its not who/where you are but who you know. so he just might not have a good connec

id say main difference is we see alot more homegrown shit down here. the business end of it is more sloppy down here but up north you usually know your getting what you pay for.

like i said doesnt matter who/where you are really, but who you know :breakdance:

Well, not to be a jerk but people on this site did spend most of last training camp trashing any writer who didn't have them winning the AFC. And now you're likely to get flamed if you use the words "Mangini" and "inexperience" in the same sentance.

But we're still not 1/3 as bad as Fins fans :)

Jets fans down here get such a bad rap. But I've never seen less class then what was exhibited by a fins fan at the Jets-Fins game last season. I was in the parking lot doing a little tailgating and across the way were some fins fans cooking out. As it neared kickoff and people funnelled into the stadium, this one guy across from us starts heckling anyone wearing a Jets jersey that walked by. He started heckling this little kid wearing a Penny jersey, about 8 or 9, holding his dad's hand. The kids dad just told him to shut his mouth as they walked past. Who does that? Lousy fins fans I guess.

Dude, they're just pissed because "home-field" advantage goes to shit when we play them down here. Stadium is 60/40, Jets with the upper hand.

The biggest diff. between the JET fans and the F'in' fans is that I could give 2 shi#s about them. Sorry. Many Barley Pops this eve and I dislike everything that is not Green and/or White. Off-season surely does suck. GO JETS!!!!!!!!

I know Randle-El is overrated-but if Vick does become Randle-El that would be a huge steal-but good thing Fins fans are crazy and Vick is nothing like 'Twan

I hate the fins as much as the next Jets fan but you really cannot label them all based on one assholes actions. Yeah what this guy did was stupid and classless, I'd want to slap him in the mouth. I know a few fins fans and in general they're great people, they just have that major downfall of being a fins fan. But hey, no one is perfect.

    Dan Marino is a prick.

I had a Fins fan once try and tell me they always had the upper advantage in our house, and we never had fans there. He said the Meadowlands always had more Fins fans than Miami having Jets fans on Gameday:lol:

The fish are trying to have another perfect season... Which will never happen again in that franchise.

the biggest difference between jet fans and dolphin fans is that we actually watch the jets play...dolphin fans watch the jimmy cefalo report to see if they won

This has to be one of the worst threads ever. Yeah, the Jets fans are all great people, like saints, and never have anything bad to say about anyone who comes to visit their stadium. Ok......

That's probably one of the main reasons why I've never, in all of these years, been to NY to watch the Phinz play the Jets. It's sad to say, but the Jets fans are the main reason why I wont do it. I've heard so many bad things coming from friends of mine who have made the trip, I never wanted to make the same mistake....

I'm sure one day I'll go up there, but it's not like I'm looking forward to it. If you want to talk about differences between the fans, there really isn't much. We all have our fans that are drunk jerks, and we all have those who behave and make it an enjoyable experience for the visitors. Acting all high and mighty, and calling out the Phinz fans based on a bad experience in Miami, is natural, but don't think for a second that all Jets fans are the exact opposite when it comes to showing hospitality towards division rival fans....

Might want to re-read that thread I started. If Im not mistaken I did say that some people on TGG didnt make sense, but for the most part as a comparison from looking at the two forums, Jets forum makes alot more sense then the Fins forum. We both have dumb drunk people. Just seems Fin fans think riding the short bus is a cool thing based on "facts" they put up.

I think the biggest difference is that Jet fans aren't homosexual...

That's just silliness. More Fins fans in the meadowlands. HA! I don't know if there were more Jets fans at the Fins game last year, but it certainly did seem split. I was sitting in the Fins season ticket holder's section since I got the tickets from a friend of my father's. I'm not saying all Fins fans are terrible, even though they are Fins fans, but that one guy showed zero class. No one got stabbed in the bathrooms though.
