At just over $6 million in cap space, the Redskins must have back loaded the contract. B-b-b-bad move Mr. Snyder. I know you can afford it, but you're tanking your team.
Lol don't get too excited, whoever was supposed to be playing over the top clear effed up in that play.
Yeah he has consistently been a bottom 5 GM since he came into the league. He looked like he redeemed himself by trading 2 1sts for RGIII but that injury backfired his almost success and that ridiculous situation happened with Shanahan. Now he is scrambling to make it work. That team will be Fd for years after yet another flashy short term plan fails Dan Snyder is the Ralph Kramden of the Nfl.
If RG3 plays like he did in year 1 the Redskins could be a nightmare this year, they also don't have a first round pick this year so that's why they had to do this and sign Jackson to keep the fan base happy, they would have had second pick overall this year to
Maybe in fantasy football. That team is not built for long term success and note they are going to spend a ton of money on a receiver with a bad work ethic. You have no idea what you are talking about, pretty much ever.
This is probably the first time I actually agree with this guy. He said a nightmare "this year" which maybe they can be. Not like deep playoff contenders but they could challenge the top team in the NFC east. Assuming of course RgIII bounces back. If not they are in the shitter for a loooong time.
In case you didn't notice they have a new head coach in Jay Gruden ,there not gonna be the same team they were last season,Grudens an offensive coach and they have a lot of talent on offense ,They have a lot of firepower there and if Gruden does a good job I could see them winning the NFC east.Your actually stupid enough to look at a teams record from the previous year and try and base that on how they will do this season.Bad Work ethic?the guy had a carrer year how does he have bad work ethic?oh because a "report" said so
I'm glad DJax is off the table. His skill set was intriguing and the Vick to DJax connection was already established, but the potential baggage that would have come with it I don't think would have been worth it. I bet Tanny would have traded for him. =)
Adam SchefterVerified account@AdamSchefter DeSean Jackson's 3-yr deal with the Redskins is worth $24 million, including $16 million guaranteed, per @DarrenHeitner.
Big bullet dodged here in my opinion. Got the flu. Back to bed now. See you guys on Friday or Saturday.
how do you know he completely ignored them? all that is evident is that the Redskins were the first team to bring him in and gave him an offer he was willing to accept. if no other team was willing to match that offer it doesn't equate to him ignoring them.
The Redskins want to win now. When you're in win now mode these are the risks that you sometimes have to take. They have an explosive receiving corp and if RG III stays healthy they could potentially win that division.
I bet he could have gotten more from the raiders. I'm sure part of it is that he wants to show the eagles they made a mistake twice a year.
