I am in denial. There is no Arena league this year as well. That was always good for taking care of football withdrawals. Jusk my drink my way through the summer.

I would usually watch the whole season of ESPN's Playmakers again after each season, but I already killed that one off after Week 17.

Personally I prefer the draft to the regular season.

    ^^^^Thanks for the timeline.

I get depressed the day it becomes evident the Jets are not going to the playoffs or are out of the playoffs. For me, that is when football officially ends. It was tough watching Favre and our D crumble in December. The good news is that enough time has passed that I am already starting to feel pretty good.

I just want to see the Jets get passed the whole Favre issue, right now. I last heard they needed an answer by the combines.

Personally, I think the Jets should not re-sign him. I, for one, do not think he will have a very good season next year at all. We are better off without him.

Their will definitely be no magic Super Bowl run in 2009 with Favre here; you can bet on that; I would.

The Draft is right around the corner.

For me it's the stretch between the draft and training camp that kills.

That's me. I'm not a hockey, baseball or basketball fan. This Saturday was MISERABLE. Flipping around the TV like WTF should I do! I'm back to Madden. I'm on my 12th season on '07 so that will be my source of entertainment.
