Coples is not a comp pick since we cut him. Even then he would be a comp pick for Miami since the Dolphins cut him last but since cut players don't count as comp picks no team will get anything for Coples
Poor Demario. He ended up in the NFL sewer on the Browns. Does this mean the Jets may bring in Dansby? He was just cut and price will be nice, but he's getting old. I'd rather avoid him, but this just means more to draft, so who knows, maybe we get an upgrade from Demario in the first couple rounds.
I guess in retrospect, - it may have been worthwhile to hold on to him in order to get that comp pick. We didnt release him until 11/23.
