He said that he never touches the football throughout his career except maybe on an incomplete pass, has no idea how this could have happened; said he has heard team members grouch about PSI and never has cared one way or the other--said to ask Brady about his preferences; said in the future they will pump up balls beyond minimum 12.5 to ensure this does not happen accidentally. Overall it appears he had nothing to do with it and no knowledge whatsoever.
No, I think it appears he's DENYING having nothing to do with it and any knowledge of it whatsoever. This dude knows the thickness of the toilet paper in the locker room shitters. He knows about football psi. _
The best part of that presser was he kept saying balls and corrected himself with footballs a few times. I also thought he threw Brady under the bus.
Yeah and he didn't shrug three times either but even you get the gist. <insert internet message board eye roll here>
That's a good point--If anyone can prove he had prior knowledge about football PSI, like a conversation with someone about it some time ago, that would implicate him in lying since he basically denied this.
Actually, he said he's never touched a game ball--other than maybe on an incomplete pass. I'd love to see a picture of him holding a game ball. _
