Wow, 236 pages... you guys have been busy with this! I don't know what the hell to believe at this point. It seems like every "leak" that comes out that looks bad for the Patriots is followed up by another report that to whatever extent indemnifies them. First 11 balls were 2 PSI under, then it was one of the 11, with the others either one PSI or a "tick" under. A report comes out saying a guy ducked into a room with the footballs, but then it turns out it's a bathroom, and the "ball boy" was an elderly man who was in there for 90 seconds. Then we've got the whole Kelly Nagi (sp?) story about the Pats' staffer handing an unapproved K-ball to a ref, only to find out the next day that another league employee handed it to him first, and that one of the guys involved is stealing footballs meant for charity, and then certain aspects about Kensil and Grigson are exposed... You really can't make this shit up. Look if the Patriots are guilty, fine. Punish them and move on. The Court of Public Opinion has long since adjourned and the damage is pretty much done, but I'm just tired of "leaks" and just want to know what happened.
I think that a large % of the people outraged are people who are predisposed to hate the Patriots and are using this as an excuse to act like they aren't just mad about being dominated by them I'm sure there is a 236 page thread on the Saints forum about deflategate
That's exactly an excellent point. It's not sour grapes or jealousy at all...it's about a fair playing field......when cheaters are allowed off the hook with a slap on wrist.....they always cheat again when it was worth it in the first place.
