Aha, but see, Parcells left, and we were that team again. Rex isn't going anywhere for a long, long time, and he will make one hell of a run while he is here. So as to the entire 40 year span, '98 was a close but no cigar that never got close again, whereas this Jets team will be a contender for years to come. And then, the SOJ will stay dead.

 

Maybe week 10 doesn't mean that much and we can lay the SOJ fans down.
