Let's get some young offensive minded coaches in here. Seems like something this franchise should've done a LONGGGG time ago

I agree this could be great for an OC to jump into HC gig as he will know TB is going to be scrutinized all season. And if they suck hard could end up being HC with a top 5 pick.

    His name was Schottenheimer....

I don't care how old the guy is, as long as he's great with QB's

I'm hoping they look for an OC who actually runs plays with what's called a TE. Chan had a hard time with that.

With all the coaching changes in the league it is a great time to get good coaches. In the NFL building a staff can be difficult if you are a late hire like Bowles.

I guess a RB coach is supposed to make Forte five years younger...and Pepper was supposed to have rehabbed WIlkerson's injury and somehow motivate Richardson to be a good teammate...as for Patullo...guess we know who thinks Hackenberg can't hit the ocean now.

    what a joke

I don't get how you make this many coaching changes, and don't touch the top. If you just fired the OC, then maybe you can get a young hungry up and comer to take the job, even with Bowles on the hot seat. However, we'll have 6 vacancies that will likely be one year temp positions, because Bowles' replacement will want to bring in his own staff.

Well considering that coaches around the league don't want to go near the Bills after the Pelugas didnt even give Rex a full 2 years says that we made a right move. If Bowles doesn't work out, then at least we might be able to hire someone other than a "rising" defensive coordinator for the 500th time...

How the hell is Rodgers not gone? I sear to god I'm sick of this HC only knows defense, coaches the defense and has a stooge as DC garbage.

It's crazy Rodgers did not get his pink slip...Maybe it's because Rodgers is just a stooge and really has no responsibility and he's cool with it whereas another DC would want more control over the defence

The defenses were always 3 steps behind whatever the other team was doing. Nobody was ever covered and assignments were missed completely most of the time. There is nobody on the staff that deserved a firing more.

What's more telling about all of this is that Todd decided to scape goat position guys to cover for his bullshit. It's like Rex Ryan never left......

Apparently TB wants to give Rodgers more responsibility next year. Why? It was a horror movie every game on defense and you want to give Rodgers more responsibility. Geniuses.

Perhaps TB wants someone to blame at the end of next season?

Great, so Bowles cant fire the DC because Bowles is in fact the DC. He cant fire himself. That other guy, Rogers, that has the title of DC, isnt in fact the DC. He is just a yes man who has no authority.

I'll say it again, what a f'ing farce.

If this is indeed true why not demote TB to DC and fire kr since he is not doing anything and get a real head coach.

I think Bowles would have gotten fired this year if he were not willing to make changes to the staff. He know these guys need their jobs and he would not have thrown them under the bus if his job was not at stake.

Him staying was more self preservation than Woody doing the right thing.

Well, we will see if the Bills end up with a rising young star or not, I don't think there is anything wrong with hiring the rising D.C. Or OC, Quinn got the job done in Atlanta in his two years there, Adam Gase has gotten the job done in Miami.

Koetter is doing a good job in Tampa, McCoy was terrible for the chargers, a case can be made for both sides of the coaching argument.

For me it just comes down to what has the HC shown in his time with the team, and honestly, TB has shown us nothing.

Now it's time to man up and show ownership that he is not the problem. You and I both know that he is and he will fail next year, Woods is prolonging the inevitable, I just hope that it's a little less painful to watch then it was this year, 7-9 and maybe one blowout.

Hey I'm only reading the posted article. And that Chan Gailey story of him resigning at the start of the year sounds made up. Designed to sidestep the question of why the OC is no longer with the Jets but the DC is.

If a head coach has to replace 6 coaches to keep his job, then the head coach should be fired.
