NE is the outlier though. I just showed that only 4 out of 23 teams that had 6+ wins will not have a HC call plays. There are a couple of Parcells like outliers like Vrabel and Harbaughs, but by enlarge the HCs are calling plays and it is about schematic advantage over leadership and overall management.
