http://www.footballsfuture.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=267635 I realize it's FF and all that...but interesting...D'Brick is one of the best LT's in the league this year if you choose to believe these stats. Peters and Thomas are bombing this year. D'Brick IMO is well on his way to being a dominant NFL LT.
He's averaging 5.7 a carry this year, I don't think the O-Line is a problem for Leon. Its more his ability that gets the yards. Plus, the holes don't need to be that big for him to squeeze through.
Barry Sanders is the only RB I can think of who could be the man with a shitty o-line. Leon does a lot more than just run the ball on offense though. I think he's on his way to being team MVP for a second straight year. He only had 3 carries last week but was probably the biggest reason we won the game. His special teams contributions are huge and it seems like more often than not he makes plays when he has the ball whether it be a screen pass, a run, or a kick return. His pass blocking also seems to have improved quite a bit. I think he can be a feature back some day. I don't really "study" the game film - I just rewatch D'brick to get a good idea how he's doing.
if the post is accurate can you tell me what part of that post indicates an average game- that he was successful doing his job on 85% + of his plays and seem to get to the second level? Its not college they don't pancake guys often in NFL and pancakes happed when guards and centers pull get a head of steam and pancaked guys on the 2nd level. I really feel we all need a shot of MY NAME IS EARL and believe some good karma is what we need not a bunch of negative fans.
 Brick has been solid this season. Run blocking is still spotty but his pass blocking has been very impressive.
