Again, your're taking one play, which I question because if the play you are talking about , the last score by the Saints, Lee was pancaked by the OL not the RB. Show me some film, to prove me wrong. Again, I'm comparing his ability and instincts and his physical traits with that of Vilma and how successful he can be when utilized. I also made a point about stats and his tackles for losses behind the line of scrimmage. Apparently you have your own agenda, fine. Bowles ain't going anywhere, live with it. Seriously Lee nor any LB would have had any chance to get to Ingram at 1:58 and them on the 1 yard line but that one at 2:28 WTF about Buster Skrine? omg he has to make that tackle. What's deceiving about those highlites, up until the last play Jets held the entire team to only 87 yards. We need to look at the overall picture of the way the Jets played against NO - everyone though they were to get blown out.
Remember this though, the entire DL has been pretty much trashed - Sheldon/Snacks gone, Mo and Williams out for many parts of that NO game. I'm not going to second guess the front office regarding Sheldon and Snacks, but it;s obvious to me they're both missed. The safeties played bad also on some of those running plays, also. If the entire D looks like dog poop, I'd first point fingers at the D coordinator Rogers. If Bowles stays with the team, the worse part of having another season is retaining Rogers. They have a good shot at beating the Chargers this Sunday. If that happens, 6 wins is still an accomplishment with all the changes made in 2017.

The play that my earlier post referred to was when Lee ran parallel with the Saints RB for about 30 yards and could not tackle him or push him out of bounds. The ref called the RB out of bounds although replay showed he never stepped out and should have been a TD. As for your "again" response mentioning Vilma, I never mentioned Vilma in either of my posts. Perhaps you were trying to respond to someone else. As for my having to "live with it," all jets fans have to live with it if jets brass brings Todd back. Of course if he comes back, I assume so will his awful defensive coordinator, who you trash in another of your posts. Sorry, I didn't try to imply that I was responding to you again with Vilma, just re-iterating in general. Ok, that play you mentioned is something other than what I was recalling. Lee looked bad on that one, but I do see many other Jets also looking bad on that one also, not to defend Lee, of course. Just trying to point out the positives, and taking note of Lee's enigmatic plays. He's not perfect: with 'need' picks and not BPA, Jets had to take the chance. It's all on Bowles.
