I know this is a joke but I've notice a lot of married couples with bf/gf on the side. Sleeping around to many couples these days don't appear to be a big deal. Sent from my LG-LS720 using Tapatalk
"Louisiana law states that a person convicted of committing aggravated rape shall be punished by life imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence" He'll do his full 20 years. He cannot get out of the Louisiana The "plea" is just to serve the sentences concurrently to reduce them from 37 to 20 years "According to the deal, Sharper will serve a 20-year prison sentence for drugging and raping multiple women in Louisiana. It’s part of a global plea deal that will allow the 39-year-old to serve his nine-year sentence from Arizona and eight-year sentence from Nevada concurrently with his 20-year term from the state of Louisiana instead of serving a consecutive 37 years behind bars." After 20 years, the penile monitoring will begin: "As part of his plea deal when he's eventually released from prison, Sharper will have to be tracked by California officials with a GPS, have to undergo sex offender treatment, will be prohibited from drinking alcohol or going to bars or liquor stores, be banned from sex shops and Internet dating, have to seek approval before traveling more than 50 miles from his home or spending a night away, and will be forced to take "penile plethysmograph" tests in Arizona, during which a sensor will be attached to his penis to gauge his arousal level as sexual images are shown to him."
It looks like you cut and pasted from multiple sites and it doesn't make sense. Obviously he must not have been convicted of committing aggravated rape since that brings with it a life sentence according to your post. He plead guilty to 2 counts of forcible rape, not aggravated rape, in Louisiana and that is how he was able to get a 20 year sentence instead of life. That 20 years is running concurrent with his 9 year and 8 year sentences. Since Louisiana normally allows for good time and he will have done 9 years before getting there he would be eligible for parole after another 8 years. Had the governor not vetoed a new proposed good time act it would have made him eligible for parole after 15 years instead of 17. All that being said, I also read that part of his plea deal was that he would only be required to serve half of the 20 year sentence. http://www.theneworleansadvocate.com/news/11920705-123/darren-sharper-takes-20-year-deal That would mean he would only serve 1 year in Louisiana after his time at FBOP. I think the light sentence is due to his agreeing to testify against 2 other defendants. By the way if anyone wants to be a pen pal with Sharper his register number is 34209-034
