    You fucking idiot.

Tebow cost the Broncos (McDaniels, who is a confirmed fucking idiot) 3 picks to move up to the first to draft him. Tebow, less than two years later, is not a Bronco. We got a 4th for him.

That is a shitty, shitty investment.

Forget what you think he did for the Broncos last year. Forget the comebacks you think he single handedly engineered. Forget the 13 points per game he averaged. Forget the league leading fumble stat he owned. Forget that he had the worst completion percentage in who knows how long. Forget everything he did.

Whatever your stance is, it was an absolute atrocity investment wise. The Denver Broncos blew 3 draft picks to move up and get Tebow in the first round. Something that should have never happened in the first place.

Less than two years later, we unloaded him for a fucking 4th round pick. That is an awful investment. Abysmal. Try to spin it however you want, but we got shit return on Tebow because there is zero, let me repeat, ZERO faith in his abilities. 2 out of 32 teams were willing to give up a fucking 4th rounder for him. A 4th round pick!!

Pull your head out of your ass. If he turns in to something moderately proficient for the Jets, well then they got a steal. My guess is he will continue to shit the bed and be out of the league in 3 years.

You, and the rest of Tebow Nation, are fucking retarded.

Arguing with you is hopeless as you are one of the true faithful of the anti Tebow cult but I digress.

Phaytal , thank you for your prediction on Tebow's future so I may record it for posterity and of course ANYONE that says anything positive about Tebow is " Tebow nation" ( no matter how many times I say i am behnd Sanchez) , you were and will always be a clown who is never right about Tebow.

I am glad you brought your giant red nose and big shoes over here. I am happy to see that Tebow still gets so much under your skin that you sign up at another forum to hate on him. It's guys like you that make the season so much fun, it was beautiful seenIng you choke time and again last year,

    Tebow will not be QB
Quinn will drive him out of he league
Denver will not win with Tebow
Tebow just got lucky in the comeback it will never happen again
Denver will not win versus the steelers

It went on and on and now we can do it all over again here , thank you for the pleasure your stupidity provides me

Best as I can recall, Denver got a fucking playoff victory out of that draft pick and they also got a paradigm shift in attitude. You know, the thing that normally comes with being a WINNING FUCKING TEAM once again ????

Ahhh, falling back on what you think is the typical media stereotype for Tim Tebow.

    Fanboi failover++.

Ignore every fact I just posted. Ignore that that the Broncos gave up a 2nd, 3rd and a 4th for Tebow, only to unload him for a 4th 2 years later. Ignore that Tebow was, statistically, the worst QB in well over a decade. Keep ignoring it all son.

You man-crush will be completely irrelevant in under 3 years my friend. Hoover his cock while you can.

Did that paradigm shift help Tebow keep his job? No?

Did that amazing performance by Tebow last year up his trade stock? No?

Did the fact that Tebow is simply not a quarterback help sign his walking papers, for a pathetic 4th round pick?

    Yep.

I get the fact that you want to blow the dude. I do. He's a good looking guy, and very likely gay. But to act like you know anything about football is laughable.

the only reason Denver gave up a 2nd, 3rd, and a 4th was because they traded down twice in the first round and got those picks. They were basically extras that they could afford to use for a freaking 3-4 year project QB.

Oh, wait, you forgot that part huh ? That they knew that Tebow was going to be a project ? That Tebow wasn't even supposed to be starting yet ?

Yet he comes off the bench for a team that had been 7-24 or so and goes 8-5 with them with a playoff victory ??

Last I checked, Tebow has more playoff victories and more playoff starts with Denver than Kyle Orton did, does he not ?

As has been stated before, it's actually pretty pathetic that you would drag your ass over to another teams message board, just so that you can spout some hatred towards a kid who actually TOOK YOUR TEAM TO THE PLAYOFFS for the first time in 5 years or so and actually WON A FREAKING PLAYOFF GAME for them.

    Absolutely frakking pathetic.

Nope, didn't forget that we traded down.

Does that change the fact that we gave up a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th for Tim Tebow? You do realize those picks could have been use on actual talent? Instead, those picks were completely wasted on a guy that we happily took a 4th for 2 years later. Happily. Thanks for memories Tebow!! (mainly shitting the bed for the first 55 minutes of every game)

Being that there were only 2 teams in the entire NFL actually wanted Tebow on their team, as a backup, a 4th seems like a great deal!

    GG.

Hmmm, why would the Broncos have used those pics to draft some talent ? What would be the goal ?

Oh, wait, I know, to FINALLY WIN SOME FOOTBALL GAMES AND GET TO THE FUCKING PLAYOFFS.

Hmmmm, again, I seem to recall that Tebow did just that very thing. That's after taking over for Kyle Orton, who had gone 6-22 over his past 28 starts with Denver.

    Hey phaytal,

John Elway + McDaniel's Stupidity is not the Jets/Tebow's problem.

Fwiw I find it hilarious that you're here, arguing with Cowboysfan. Couldn't you recruit neckbeard for that? Given that his idol is now over there?

PS Is your boy going to light it up with the Chiefs?

Yep. Tebow was so good that only 2 teams in the entire NFL offered a measly 4th rounder for him. He must be incredible to command a 4th round pick. Oh wait, hes the backup to an extremely average quarterback.

First off, I cant stand Kyle Orton, so how about you quit making assumptions. Second, Orton has been a Cowboy for months. Your football knowledge is already shining through.

And finally, lumping McDaniels and Elway together is the dumbest thing that you posted my friend. Elway was hired to clean up after the idiocy of McDaniels, and he has done just that.

You're ridiculous. By *your boy* I mean the one in KC, Brady Quinn:eek:fftopic:

I lumped the two together because they're the ones(together) who spent a bunch of draft picks on a player, then gave him away for nothing.

Learn to comprehend, failing that, learn to stfu.

First, you werent talking about Brady Quinn, so why lie?

Second, and again, your football knowledge is nonexistent. Elway was hired as the Executive VP 9 months after Tebow was drafted by Josh McDaniels, and Josh McDaniels alone. Stick to what you do well, whatever that may be.

And lastly, Elway gave him away for nothing because that is exactly what his market value was; nothing.

He wasn't comparing Tebow to Clarett. He said the Tebow draft pick was the worst decision the Broncos made SINCE Clarett. Clearly Clarett was way worse than Tebow I don't think you would find a sane person that would try and even make that comparison. What he is saying is Joshy blew it by giving up that many picks to get a project QB. Andrew Luck...worth it. As much as I hate to say this, Scum Newton...worth it. Tebow...not worth all those picks.

I love how you site 9-7 as some awesome thing. Its 2 games over .500. And the playoff win, exciting and awesome. But how about the next week? He is 1-1 in playoff games. Big deal.

And before you bring up Scum's record. Let me use some of your own tactics. HE was a TRUE rookie, with no OTA's a shortened mini-camp and preseason and he is already better than Tebow at everything other than INT's. Better completion %, better at running the ball (Tebow's supposed strength) more TD's rushing, more TD's passing. Almost 2x the passing yards, better QB rating and fewer than half the fumbles.

Now how about Dalton, Again another REAL ROOKIE. No ota's, shortened mini camps and pre-season. On a bad team and he also manages to be better than Tebow at most everything. same record at 9-7. better completion percentage, More TD's, fewer fumbles (although he isnt a running QB like Tebow or Newton or Vick) and he looks like he may just be the real deal.

Fact is, the Tebow draft was a massive mistake on the part of Denver. Tebow was going to be there in the second or later and they didn't need to give away the farm for a Kid that Mcdaniels never even started. The trade just compounded it.

Does anyone care what McDaniels did in 2010? He'll probably be the Pats HC at some point in the future. Isn't that a bigger reason to despise the guy for the JETS?

Besides, Tebow is going to be an asset for the Jets. He's shown he has some talents that can help a team. Think about it. 4th and short or RZ. He's 250 pounds with very good ability to escape pressure.

And if he gets significantly better? Jets get to trade him for a lot more than a 4th. Or if Sanchez doesn't make it, Rex and company might have a tailor made QB for their ground and pound, deep ball threat game.

    And Denver has Manning.

    Win, win for everybody

You're missing the point -- it's not about Jets.
On one side you've got a pack of Tebow groupies whose sole goal in life is to "prove" the Tebow is the 2nd comming of Montana. Their world view is simple: Tebow is the QB God, he's proven it already and will show it again.
On another side you've got Tebow haters who will find a fault no matter what.
And in the middle are people like you, me and, I think, phaytal -- with a simple "let's wait, see and use Tebow accordingly" attitude.

The problem is that for the groupies you must build a Tebow shrine in your heart. Anything less -- and you're a worthless hater.

Its funny you bring this up as the only people ever bringing up Tebow being Gay or bringing up his cock are the haters like you. Maybe the obsession with his penis is what drives you like the other haters.

I have never made Tim tebow into a super hero and I support sanchez starting because he is the better QB, anything else is made up in your head because you cant stand anyone defending tebow from the crap you spew.

can you provide even one post that proves what you are saying?

The reality is that when anything positive is said about tebow , even something as mundane as "he can help the jets" the person is labeled a Tebow worshipper.

it's the haters that actually drive all the craziness.

again show me one post , even one that proves what you are saying.
