If we can pull that off, I'm on board. I doubt the Skins let him go though.

Sorry about that. To be fair, I periodically visit the forums of just about every team in the League. I try to keep up with the entire NFL. Of late I have been curious as to the reactions of fans around the League to Dak. Redskins/Giants/Eagles fans all seem to have a negative opinion of Dak. Usually saying that he only looks good because of the talent he has around him. So, with that in mind, I have been visiting lots NFL forums trying to get a general consensus about Dak. Sorry if I've upset anyone, it was totally unintentional.

As far as Kirk Cousins, I agree completely. That guy's absolutely on fire! And with Reed, Davis ect. He has a great group of receivers to throw to. There's only so much any QB can do without good receivers. Just ask Eagles fans who constantly whine about Carson Wentz having nobody to throw to outside of Mathews.

You know what Dak Prescott and Kirk Cousins have that the Jets don't? A quality offensive line.

Dallas and the Redskins are in the top 5 of least pressures and sacks. They have also both played 1 more game than 80% the league.

When the Skins could have had a cant miss product in Williams, they did what makes your offense succeed, and drafted an OT instead.

Oh no, I totally agree that they have much better offensive lines. I'm just saying that Fitz definitely hasn't sucked because of o-line play. We've been great there ourselves, though noticeably worse with Clay hurt and Giacomini gracing the RT position.

Fitz has been terrible. But we need that better OL for the younger QB's. They need just that extra second and Clady, Ijalana, Gia, and Qvale have not done that.

I thought the oline of Clady, Carp, Mangold/Johnson, Winters and Ijalana did a very good job.

It was Giacominis return and Cladys injury that hurt them. That's why it makes me wonder what the heck the CS sees on film.

Shouldnt the eye test be the ultimate deciding factor when making decisions on who starts? Can't they see the line was better without Giacomini starting?

At the end of the day, I feel that a change is offensive philosophy is what the jets need, replace Gailey with an OC who runs a balanced offense instead of a pass heavy scheme.

They are one dimensional on offense and they can't even do that right.

They did alright. I feel we weren't blitzed a ton cause Fitz has no arm. Our tackles definitely need to be upgraded. It's serviceable for sure, but a serviceable OL with a young QB does not amount to success.

We need to invest in the OL like in 06. Gia could be starting because he's owed like 5 million. It's clear this FO doesn't bite the bullet.

Clady shouldn't be given a big contract so he's gone. Mangold is the man but he's getting older and the injuries are starting to mount. Giacomini is old news.

Winters is inconsistent but at least is trending the right way. Carpenter is OK, nothing special.

The line needs a LOT of work. To add insult injury, we blew 2 valuable picks on a guy who looks like he should never have been allowed on an NFL team, but benefits from a family connection.
